Job summary

Caliber Collision in Texas is seeking skilled technicians to perform full collision repairs with a focus on frame and structural work. You’ll blueprint, repair, reassemble, and finish vehicles to factory specs, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front-office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair experience required.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; precise repairs and welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise workmanship.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to return to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and final fit for finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
