Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Able to work as part of a collaborative team.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repairs.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute full collision repairs to factory specs.
• Perform frame and structural repairs as needed.
• Handle panel repairs and reassembly to ensure proper fit and finish.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow shop procedures.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move vehicles efficiently.
