Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Body Technician in Knoxville, TN. You will perform blueprinted, precise repairs from minor to major collision damage, including frame and panel work, ensuring factory specs and high-quality finish.

You will coordinate with painters, estimators, and the front office to move cars efficiently through the shop. You should have at least two years of experience, strong frame/structural skills, and a detail-oriented, team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square as needed.
• No-shortcuts mindset: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
