Job summary

Caliber Collision's Brentwood service center is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician. You will perform full collision repairs, from frame straightening to final reassembly, ensuring all work meets factory specifications.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front-office staff. Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
