Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an experienced automotive collision repair professional in Knoxville, TN to join our growing team. You will examine damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and work with colleagues to keep projects on schedule.

This full-time position offers a competitive compensation range from USD 65,000 to USD 156,960 per year, plus a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan with match, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Frame machine operation required.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification.
• Ability to analyze and interpret measuring data.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must pass thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair status.
• Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind.
• Makes decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery, electrical and trim to access to vehicle and fenders.
• Participates in all required safety meetings.
• Directs the work of an apprentice when needed and explains procedures.
