Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to join our team. You will work on vehicle disassembly, assess damage, and help create a 100% repair plan while ensuring repairs minimize time and costs. A valid driver's license and 2–3 years of experience are preferred.

You will use a range of hand and power tools, follow work orders, and uphold safety standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-3 years' collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicle and assist collision estimators to prepare a 100% repair plan.
• Ensure all needed repairs are identified to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedure following the work order for all operations.
• Remove upholstery and access damaged area; store parts to prevent damage.
• Repair dents by hammering/filling and welding; ensure proper gaps and fitment.
• Operate hand and power tools and perform finishing on repaired surfaces.
• Inspect and test drive vehicles for safety and quality compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned and follow SOPs.
