Classic Collision is seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our shop in Texas. You will disassemble vehicles, identify repairs, and perform body and structural work to produce high-quality finishes.

You will use a range of tools and equipment, follow work orders, inspect finished work, and ensure safety and compliance throughout the process. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and customer-focused service as part of a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' collision repair experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Integrity and accountability at every level and every interaction.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist collision estimators in assessing damage and prepare a 100% Repair Plan.
• Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time.
• Plan work procedure: follow work order for all operations listed.
• Remove upholstery and components to access damaged area of vehicle.
• Repair dents by hammering, welding, and replacing parts as needed and reassemble after painting.
• Operate hand and power tools including welder and spray guns.
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before turning vehicle over to Paint Dept.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to check safety and quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Comply with Classic Collision safety rules and procedures.
