Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking an automotive collision repair technician to repair vehicles to industry standards at our Cutler Bay, FL center. You will disassemble, assess, and execute repairs, using a range of tools and following detailed work orders in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of collision repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and a customer-focused, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2–3 years collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist collision estimators in assessing damage and plan repairs.
• Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time.
• Plan work procedure by following the work order for all operations.
• Remove upholstery, electrical and hydraulic components to access damaged area and store parts safely.
• Mend damaged body using hammering, filling, welding and reassembly after painting.
• Operate hand and power tools including welders, soldering equipment, cutting torch, hammers, wrenches, sander and spray guns.
