Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2–3 years’ collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicles to assist estimators in preparing a 100% repair plan.
• Identify repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedures per work orders.
• Remove upholstery and parts to access damaged area and store parts safely.
• Repair body damage by hammering, filling, welding and reassembling after painting.
• Operate hand and power tools including welder, soldering equipment and spray guns.
• File and sand repaired surfaces before handover to Paint Dept.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned; follow SOPs and safety rules.
