Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts, precise welds, and quality finishes.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly ensuring proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Keep the work area clean and comply with safety standards.
