Caliber’s Carmel service center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to handle full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds. You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble using top equipment, with a focus on precision, safety, and meeting factory specs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and work with a team.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from Fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
