Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced collision repair technician for our Service Center in Fairfield Township. You will blueprint, repair frames, and perform full collision repairs from minor dings to major rebuilds, ensuring welds and alignments meet factory specs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, precise welds.
• Physically fit for the job—lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute—No guesswork, no shortcuts—just clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair—From fender benders to frame rebuilds, you handle it all.
