Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square it up.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from start to finish.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
