Job summary

Caliber Collision Twin Falls - North is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our team. You’ll work on fender benders to frame rebuilds and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

We offer a sign-on bonus, competitive pay with weekly payouts, training through I-CAR and ASE, and day-one benefits. Qualified candidates lift up to 50 lbs and are eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how required.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs precisely.
• Full collision repair from minor to major.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters and estimators.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
