The role involves full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and trained with I-CAR/ASE-style training. Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on tightened bolts, welds, and quality.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs precisely.
• Full collision repair including frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy.
