Caliber Collision Benton is hiring for a body shop technician at our Benton center on Highway 5. You will perform full collision repair, from frame repairs to final reassembly, with precision and care.

We seek at least two years of hands-on experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and eligibility to work in the U.S. The role offers competitive pay, I-CAR/ASE training, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No shortcuts; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and welds.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit finishes.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
