Job summary

Caliber Collision in Winona, MN is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to repair and restore vehicles to factory specs, handling full collision repairs from fender benders to frame work. You will blueprint, repair, reassemble with attention to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.

• Attention to detail; tighten bolts and welds with care.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-focused collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Handle full collision repair from damage to finish.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and final touches.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
