Job summary

Caliber Collision Midland is seeking a skilled auto collision repair technician to perform full collision repairs from Fender to frame rebuilds. You will work on panels, structural components, and ensure top-quality reassembly, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently through the shop.

Must have at least two years of hands-on experience, strong frame/structure knowledge, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Frame and structural know-how—pull, straighten, and square it up.

Responsibilities

• Full collision repair—handle fender to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work—bring bent/torn parts back to factory specs.

• Keep it clean—maintain safety and tidiness on site.
