Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know‑how: pull, straighten and square assemblies.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tighten bolts, welds with precision.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision to factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair from Fender bender to frame rebuild.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore original alignment.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish for proper fit.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently and safely.
