Caliber Collision Arden is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specifications. You will blueprint, repair panels and frames, and perform structural work with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint and quality-focused repairs with attention to detail.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-player who collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs on collision damage.
• Handle full collision repairs from assessment to reassembly.
• Perform panel and structural work as needed.
• Ensure quality finish and proper fit of components.
• Work effectively with team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
