• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Attention to detail; tighten bolts, welds, and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major work.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with correct fit and finish.
• Work as a team with body shop staff to move cars efficiently.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
