Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail; tightened bolts and proper welds.
• Physical fitness; able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Do panel and structural work and bring parts back to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
