Caliber's Service Center in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a collision repair technician to repair damaged vehicles with precision using modern equipment and a focus on safety. You will participate in full collision repairs, from frame work to final reassembly, while advancing your skills through I-CAR and ASE certifications.

Qualifications

At least two years of collision repair experience.
Frame and structural repair know-how, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
Attention to detail with accurate welding and bolts.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with the team.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
Panel and structural work to factory specs.
Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
Maintain a clean, safe work area.
