Job summary

Caliber Service Center in Riverview, FL is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore damaged vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint, disassemble, straighten frames, weld, and reassemble with attention to quality and safety. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office to move cars efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on repair experience, a no-shortcuts mindset, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experienced hands—at least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—pull, straighten and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job—lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame work.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; finish with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep work area clean and safety top of mind.
