Caliber is seeking a skilled auto body technician at our Springfield - East location. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender work to frame rebuilds, ensuring parts meet factory specs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frame and structural components.
• No-shortcuts mentality with blueprinting and precise repairs.
• Sharp eye for detail and quality reassembly.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across departments.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality finish and proper reassembly.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
