Caliber's Ashland Service Center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You’ll perform full-frame and panel repairs, straighten frames, and ensure repairs meet factory specs.

You should have at least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides and be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. Join a team that emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Physically fit for the job; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring back factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; finish matters.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
