Job summary

Caliber in Landover, MD is hiring a Collision Repair Technician to transform wrecked vehicles into road-ready cars. You’ll blueprint and execute precise repairs, from fender work to frame rebuilds, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

We seek at least two years of autobody experience, strong frame and structural know-how, and a sharp eye for detail. You must be physically fit (lift up to 50 lbs) and eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety standards.
