Qualifications

• At least two years of repair experience in auto collision.
• Frame and structural know‑how to pull, straighten, and square up.
• No shortcuts: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tighten bolts, welds must be precise.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team‑first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs from fender to frame.
• Handle full collision repair including panel and structural work.
• Ensure fit and finish meet factory specs in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with teammates to move cars through efficiently.
• Keep work area safe, clean, and organized.
