Job summary

Caliber's Joppatowne Service Center is seeking an experienced auto body technician to repair collisions—from minor dings to frame rebuilds—using modern equipment and meticulous craftsmanship. You’ll blueprint, straighten, and reassemble panels to factory specs while upholding safety standards.

Bring at least two years of hands-on experience, a sharp eye for detail, and a team-first attitude to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how: pull, straighten, square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tight bolts and welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented, collaborates with painters and estimators.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
