Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a skilled technician at our Berwyn service center. The role focuses on full collision repair, from fenders to frames, with emphasis on blueprinting, precision, and safe, efficient work flow.

You will work with peers across body shop teams to ensure accurate repairs, proper alignment, and high-quality finishes. Candidates should be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work well in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides (2+ years).
• Frame and structural know‑how; ability to pull, straighten and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tight bolts, precise welds, and quality finish.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from Fender to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to return vehicles to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit/finish.
• Work as part of a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
