Job summary

Caliber's Cabot Service Center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint, repair frames, straighten damaged components, and perform full collision work as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Able to pull, straighten, and square damaged components.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Commitment to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Restore panels and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
