Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Proficiency in blueprinting, pulling, straightening, and fitting panels to factory specs.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from Fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Conduct quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Contribute to accident repair as part of the team.
