The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without restrictions is required.

Formación

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square components.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• No-shortcuts mentality in repairs and assembly.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no guesswork.
• Perform full collision repair from minor fender work to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
