Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking experienced collision technicians to join our Forest Park, Ohio service center. You will repair frames, panels, and structural components to restore vehicles to road-ready condition, using modern equipment and precision workmanship.

You’ll be part of a team, with opportunities for I-CAR/ASE training, career growth, and six company holidays. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without restrictions is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mindset: blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs with no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit finish as a final touch.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
