The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work with painters, estimators, and front-office staff in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—pull, straighten, and square it up.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with accurate fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
