Caliber’s Salisbury service center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore vehicles to factory specs. You’ll handle full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, performing panel and structural work with a strong emphasis on quality reassembly.

We value a sharp eye for detail, a no-shortcuts mindset, and the ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front-office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the bay.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
