You will perform full collision repair—from frame straightening to final reassembly—using modern equipment and strict quality standards. The role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience, frame/structural know-how, and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tight bolts and precise welds.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from frame to finish.
• Panel and structural work; straighten and restore integrity.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
