• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and repair to spec.
• Eye for detail; tight welds, precise finishes.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with a team.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform full collision repair from dents to frame work.
• Restore panels to factory specs and ensure proper fit.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
