Qualifications

• At least two years of auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how required.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and proper repair.
• Strong attention to detail for precise welds and bolts.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across body shop roles.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
