Caliber is seeking skilled auto body technicians for our Chicago service center on Columbus Ave. You will handle full collision repair—from Fender benders to frame rebuilds—using leading equipment and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to return vehicles to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently and safely.
• Keep work location clean and maintain safety standards.
