Caliber's Ellisville Service Center is seeking an experienced auto body repair technician to turn wrecks into road-ready rides with precision, using modern equipment and a strong safety culture. You will join a team that values quality and timely repairs.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $1,500, competitive weekly pay up to $20–$30 per hour, day-one medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and growth through I-CAR and ASE training.

Qualifications

• Two years of auto collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how.
• Detail-focused with no shortcuts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair handling.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
