You will perform full collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds, focusing on frame accuracy and quality finishes. The role requires lifting up to 50lbs and a collaborative mindset to keep cars moving and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Physically fit for the job: lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and accuracy.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
