Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Dripping Springs center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to fix fenders, frames, and panels with certified equipment while upholding factory specifications and safety standards.

With a minimum of two years’ hands-on experience, you will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff, and take advantage of training opportunities such as I-CAR and ASE certifications, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square components.
• Blueprint the repair process and execute without shortcuts.
• Sharp eye for detail to ensure proper torque, welds, and fit.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and staying on task.
• Team-first attitude to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor repairs to frame rebuilds.
• Work on panels and structural components as needed.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with teammates to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment at all times.
