Job summary

Caliber's Dripping Springs Service Center is seeking a skilled collision repair technician. You’ll work on fenders to frames, using modern equipment to restore vehicles quickly and to factory specs.

Bring at least two years of collision repair experience, frame straightening know-how, and a meticulous, team-first mindset. You must be eligible to work in the U.S. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow with a safety-focused shop.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square as needed.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds, and finish with precision.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented; collaborate with other shop roles.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame work.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
