Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring at the Corvallis North Service Center to perform full collision repair, including frame and structural work, with a focus on quality and safety. You will repair wrecks to road-ready condition while adhering to standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how.
• No-shortcuts mentality in repairs.
• Attention to bolt tightening and weld quality.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure high-quality reassembly and finish.
• Work as a team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
