Caliber Collision in Burlington, NC is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to work on diverse repair projects. You will blueprint and execute repairs, handle frame and structural work, and ensure repairs meet factory specifications.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, square.
• No-shortcuts mindset: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job: lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to return cars to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly: finish and fit matter.
