Job summary

Caliber Collision is growing its Durham center and seeks an experienced collision repair technician to join our pro team. You’ll perform full collision repairs, from frame work to reassembly, on vehicles coming through our shop each day.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in collision repair.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square up.
• No-shortcuts mentality and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented work with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs without guesswork.
• Perform full collision repair from Fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
