Job summary

Caliber Collision South Burlington seeks an experienced collision repair technician. With at least two years of hands-on collision repair, you will pull, straighten, and square damaged frames to factory specs.

You will work with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver high-quality repairs. We offer day-one benefits, paid time off, and access to I-CAR/ASE training and top-tier equipment.

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame/structural repair knowledge and ability to pull, straighten and square.
• Blueprint and repair everything correctly the first time.
• Strong eye for detail on bolts, welds and assemblies.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented, works with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety policies.
• Handle accidents as part of the business.
