Caliber Collision's Raleigh - Downtown Service Center is seeking an experienced auto body technician. You will perform precise repairs from minor to major collisions, reading blueprints and restoring frames to factory specs.

A strong eye for detail and teamwork with painters, estimators, and staff are essential to success. The role emphasizes professional growth, hands-on training (I-CAR, ASE), and a supportive environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, square up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision; no guesswork.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
