Caliber's Asheville service center on Brevard Rd is hiring skilled auto collision repair technicians. You’ll perform full collision repair, frame and structural work, and quality reassembly with a team of painters, estimators, and front office staff.

You’ll work on fenders to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment, and you’ll ensure factory specs and safety standards are met. We seek experienced hands with 2+ years, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major repairs.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with aligned fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
